Sweet Tuna Flatbread

Another quick and delicious lunch inspo, full of flavour, high protein and made in 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
Greek style flatbread
1 tin tuna in spring water, drained
30g light mayonnaise
30g light feta
Sweetcorn
1 tbsp red onion, finely diced
4 cherry tomatoes, finely diced
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1tsp honey
Rocket
Method:
Mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, sweetcorn, red onion ans tomatoes in a bowl.
Place the rocket and tuna mixture onto the flat bread and crumble feta over the top. Place in the air-fryer for 2 minutes to warm up. (or pre-heated oven)
Add the pomegranate seeds and drizzle with honey and serve.
