bacon & maple protein pancakes

Here we are with another Aldi protein pancake breakfast!
Ingredients:
1/2 bag mini protein pancakes (Aldi)
3 bacon medallions
2 tbsp maple syrup
Method:
Put the bacon medallions in either the air fryer or under the grill for roughly 10 minutes, until cooked.
Meanwhile place the pancakes on your plate and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Once the bacon is ready, slice it up and place over the pancakes.
Drizzle maple syrup over the top and enjoy!
