bacon & maple protein pancakes

Here we are with another Aldi protein pancake breakfast!


Ingredients:

1/2 bag mini protein pancakes (Aldi)

3 bacon medallions

2 tbsp maple syrup


Method:

  • Put the bacon medallions in either the air fryer or under the grill for roughly 10 minutes, until cooked.

  • Meanwhile place the pancakes on your plate and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.

  • Once the bacon is ready, slice it up and place over the pancakes.

  • Drizzle maple syrup over the top and enjoy!
