Handful cherry tomatoes

oregano

1 tbsp olive oil

Parmeson

Method:

  • Place olive oil in a pot over a medium heat. Slice your white onion and garlic cloves and stir through until fragrant. Add the mince and stir through until it begins to brown.

  • Slice the tomatoes and mushrooms and add into the mince with the spinach.

  • Add the Passata and tomato puree, stirring thoroughly. season well with dried organic.

  • Allow  bolognese to simmer over a low medium heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring regularly to stop from sticking to the pot.
