Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread

Quick, high protein, meal inspo for you - literally takes 20-25 minutes to make and you don't really need to do much cooking, just putting it all together once the chicken is ready!


Ingredients:

1 greek style flatbread

1 chicken breast (roughly 160g)

30g light feta cheese

20g light mayonnaise

1 tbsp Italian style seasoning

1 tbsp garlic puree

Salad of choice


Methods:

  • Sprinkle chicken breast with seasoning and wrap in tin foil. Place in the air-fryer for 18-20 minutes or oven for 30 minutes, until fully cooked.

  • Once the chicken is ready, spread the garlic puree on to the flat bread, add your salad of choice ( I used rocket, cucumber and tomatoes), drizzle light mayo over the flatbread and crumble feta over the top.

  • Slice chicken breast and place on top of the flatbread. season with salt & pepper.

  • Enjoy!
