Festive turkey sausage rolls

The delicious little treats are fabulous!


Ingredients:

500g 2% lean turkey mince

300g puff pastry

150g brie, diced

25g dried cranberries

1 tbsp fresh  rosemary

1 egg

1 tsp butter


Method:

  • Take the puff pastry out the fridge and let sit for ahour or two so it’s room temperature.

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees fan oven.

  • Mix the turkey mince, egg, brie, dried cranberries and rosemary in a bowl.

  • roll out the puff pastry and slice into 3 long strips. Take the mince meat and fill  the centre of each strip, just enough so you can wrap the puff pastry around it.

  • lnce all 3 strips of puff pastry are filled and rolled into a long sausage shape, it’s time to slice into 2 inch pieces.

  • melt the butter and cover the mini sausage rolls then put in the oven for 12-18  minutes until golden brown and cooked fully!
