Festive turkey sausage rolls

The delicious little treats are fabulous!
Ingredients:
500g 2% lean turkey mince
300g puff pastry
150g brie, diced
25g dried cranberries
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 egg
1 tsp butter
Method:
Take the puff pastry out the fridge and let sit for ahour or two so it’s room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees fan oven.
Mix the turkey mince, egg, brie, dried cranberries and rosemary in a bowl.
roll out the puff pastry and slice into 3 long strips. Take the mince meat and fill the centre of each strip, just enough so you can wrap the puff pastry around it.
lnce all 3 strips of puff pastry are filled and rolled into a long sausage shape, it’s time to slice into 2 inch pieces.
melt the butter and cover the mini sausage rolls then put in the oven for 12-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked fully!
