Creamy garlic mushroom toast w/ fried eggs

Another favourite of mine!
Ingredients:
1 slice sourdough
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 eggs
150g sliced mushrooms
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic puree
sprinkle dried dill
Method:
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Once mushrooms begin to cook, add the garlic puree and stir through. Add the cream cheese over a low heat and stir through.
In another frying pan, heat the olive oil over a medium low heat and fry your eggs. You can go for easy over, sunny side up or fully cooked,
Toast your sourdough, and top with creamy mushrooms, and serve with fried eggs. Sprinkle with dill and season with black pepper.
