Creamy garlic mushroom toast w/ fried eggs

Another favourite of mine!


Ingredients:

1 slice sourdough

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 eggs

150g sliced mushrooms

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic puree

sprinkle dried dill


Method:

  • Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Once mushrooms begin to cook, add the garlic puree and stir through. Add the cream cheese over a low heat and stir through.

  • In another frying pan, heat the olive oil over a medium low heat and fry your eggs. You can go for easy over, sunny side up or fully cooked,

  • Toast your sourdough, and top with creamy mushrooms, and serve with fried eggs. Sprinkle with dill and season with black pepper.
