Chicken fried rice

A quick and delicious fake-away that will wow the family!
Ingredients:
500g minced chicken
2 bags microwave rice
1 tbsp sesame oil
6 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic puree
1 tsp lazy chilli
2 egg
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 bell pepper, diced
1 courgette, diced
1 white onion, diced
sprinkle sesame seeds
Method:
In a large frying pan, on a medium/high heat, add the sesame oil and minced chicken. Break up the mince and fry until half cooked.
Add the garlic, chilli, pepper, courgette and onion, Mixing through.
Meanwhile, put your rice packets in the microwave and cook for set time. I used golden vegetables rice for the extra veggies. Add the rice and mix through.
In your pan, push everything to one side and add your eggs. Whisk them in the pan so they start the scramble then mix through with chicken rice,
Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
