Burger Salad

The perfect Summer sala when throwing together what is leftover from the BBQ! It is freezing here is Scotland right now so I am super excited for BBQ season to start!
Ingredients:
1 lean beef burger
Handful Lettuce
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Olives
Sweetcorn
Pomegranate seeds
Feta
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Honey
Method:
This was literally a selection of leftovers in the fridge I through together!
First of all, I fried up my burger in a little oil until fully cooked.
Choo up all of your salad and put in a bowl.
Add the burger, feta, olives and top with pomegranate seeds.
Deizzle over a some balsamic vinegar, olive oil and honey. Season with black pepper.
