Banana & Biscoff Protein Oats

Another delicious breakfast bowl by yours truly!


Ingredients:

50g porridge oats

30g vanilla protein powder

1 tsp chia seeds

1 small banana, sliced

1 tbsp lotus biscoff spread


Method:

  • Mix the oats, protein powder and chia seeds in a microwavable bowl, and add water (enough so fully covered).

  • Add half the banana and put in the microwave for 1 minute. Mix thoroughly and add more water if necessary and put back in the microwave for another minute,

  • Top with rest of the banana,  lotus spread and a sprinkle off chia seeds.
