bacon, egg & cheese bagel

A quick, high protein breakfast / lunch that I absolutely LOVE! It's delicious and only takes about 10 minutes to make!


Ingredients:

1 seeded bagel

2 bacon medallions

2 eggs

1 light cheese slice

1 tsp olive oil


Method:

  • Put the bacon medallions in either the air fryer or under the grill for roughly 10 minutes, until cooked.

  • Meanwhile heat 1 tsp olive oil in a non-stick pan and cook the eggs - I prefer my eggs more well done than runny so cook as long as you need.

  • Slice and toast the bagel. Once everything is ready, add cheese slice, bacon medallions and eggs onto the bagel and some sauce if you want - enjoy!
