bacon, egg & cheese bagel

A quick, high protein breakfast / lunch that I absolutely LOVE! It's delicious and only takes about 10 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
1 seeded bagel
2 bacon medallions
2 eggs
1 light cheese slice
1 tsp olive oil
Method:
Put the bacon medallions in either the air fryer or under the grill for roughly 10 minutes, until cooked.
Meanwhile heat 1 tsp olive oil in a non-stick pan and cook the eggs - I prefer my eggs more well done than runny so cook as long as you need.
Slice and toast the bagel. Once everything is ready, add cheese slice, bacon medallions and eggs onto the bagel and some sauce if you want - enjoy!
