Hi, I’m Rachael!
I’m a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and menopause support specialist, and I help women achieve sustainable fat loss, build confidence, and feel strong in both body and mind—without the extremes.
But I wasn’t always this person.

I know exactly what it’s like to feel lost in yourself, uncomfortable in your own skin, and unsure where to start. Years ago, I lacked confidence and felt miserable in my body. I joined a quiet gym because I knew something had to change—but I had no clue what I was doing.
So, I got a personal trainer. And that decision changed everything.
It wasn’t just about weight loss—it was about feeling stronger, learning to fuel my body properly, and gaining a sense of self-worth I’d never had before. That experience had such a profound impact on me that I knew I wanted to help other women feel the same way.
In 2016, I became a personal trainer, determined to help women transform their lives the way I had mine. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women lose weight, feel stronger, and build a lifestyle they actually enjoy.
My Approach
I take a holistic approach to fat loss—because it’s never just about food and exercise. It’s about your mindset, your relationship with your body, and creating habits that support your overall health.
As a certified nutritionist, I know first-hand how much of a difference proper nutrition makes—not just for your weight, but for your energy, gut health, hormones, and long-term well-being. I don’t believe in restrictive diets or quick fixes. Instead, I help my clients find balance, fuel their bodies properly, and build a way of eating that works for them.
Fat loss shouldn’t come at the expense of your happiness. You don’t have to cut out foods you love, spend hours in the gym, or live by rigid rules. My coaching is all about helping you lose weight while still living life to the fullest—so you can feel strong, confident, and in control, without the burnout.
From Personal Trainer to Gym Owner to Wellness Retreat Host.
In 2017, I took over a gym and built an incredible community of women who supported and uplifted each other every step of the way. That gym evolved into what is now PWR Studios—a space designed for women to move their bodies in a way that feels empowering, enjoyable, and sustainable.
Since then, my coaching has expanded to include 1:1 coaching, group programmes, PWR Activewear, and women’s wellness retreats—all with the same goal: to help women feel their best, inside and out. Whether it’s fat loss, strength, body recomposition, or simply feeling healthier and happier, I’m here to help you do it in a way that feels good and lasts.
As a mum of two, I understand how hard it is to juggle everything while trying to prioritise yourself. That’s why my coaching is designed to fit into your real life—helping you lose weight, feel strong, and truly thrive, without restriction or guilt.
